TikTok Recap ("the Service") is a web application that generates short-form movie recap videos narrated in Burmese. The Service processes user-supplied video content, transcribes it, generates a Burmese-language narration script, and synthesises an audio track using text-to-speech technology, producing a downloadable recap video.
The Service is currently in beta. It is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Features may change or be removed without notice.
By submitting content to the Service you represent and warrant that:
You retain ownership of any content you submit and any recap output generated from your content. You grant the Service a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested output.
The Service's source code, infrastructure, brand, and all associated software remain the exclusive property of the operator. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights in the platform to you.
We respect copyright. If you believe your copyright-protected work has been reproduced on the Service without authorisation, please send a DMCA notice to:

We maintain a repeat-infringer policy: accounts that repeatedly infringe third-party copyrights will be suspended or permanently terminated.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or zero Japanese Yen (¥0) for users on the free or beta tier, whichever is greater.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to violations of the Acceptable Use or Copyright sections.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
